Yoga mats, an abdominal slider and a Bosu Ball are available for Core Training.

For those looking for a more extensive fitness center, X Shadyside is just a few blocks away.  Stop by our front desk and inquire about a free one-day pass to that gym. The 10,000 sq/ft facility located on Walnut Street. There are other fitness options on Walnut Street, including a few Yoga Studios and a Pilates Center. With multiple options available, you can be sure to keep in shape while visiting Shadyside Inn All Suites Hotel.
