Guests of the Shadyside Inn All Suites Hotel looking for an on-site workout facility can utilize our Fitness Center, located in Building F at 5426 Fifth Ave, across the street from the main courtyard garden near the Front Desk. Hotel guest parking is available at the back of Building F and you can also schedule a shuttle ride from your suite to the Fitness Center and back. With a recumbent bike, elliptical, and side-step elliptical your cardio workouts are covered. A free-weight set and bench are available for weight training. Yoga mats, an abdominal slider and a Bosu Ball are available for Core Training.

For those looking for a more extensive fitness center, X Shadyside is just a few blocks away. This 10,000 sq/ft facility is located at 5608 Walnut Street at the intersection of Walnut Street and Ivy Street and offers discounted daily passes to our guests. There are other fitness options on Walnut Street, including a few Yoga Studios and a Pilates Center. With multiple options available, you can be sure to keep in shape while visiting the Shadyside Inn All Suites Hotel.
